We currently have an urgent need for the upcoming weekend, with the possibility of continuing work as a hourly employee as needed. You must have experience in traditional Peruvian cooking and be able to handle classic dishes such as: • Pollo a la Brasa • Ceviche • Anticuchos • Lomo Saltado • Chaufa / Arroz Chaufa • And other traditional Peruvian specialties We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in Peruvian cuisine • Can work independently and at a fast pace • Is responsible and passionate about cooking • Can start immediately ⚠️ A practical cooking test will be conducted on-site, therefore experience is a requirement.
