Daytime: dual staffing (7.5 hours). The client has autism and developmental disabilities. We communicate using pictures and signs as support. Experience with this is a merit, as is experience with low-affect interactions and the ability to work pedagogically and follow instructions. However, this is not a requirement—willingness to learn and personal suitability are most important!
