As a personal assistant with us, you are part of the personal assistance unit within support and services.

What We Offer

Your Role
In your work as a personal assistant, you work in the service user's home and on varying hours based on needs, with variation between day, evening, or weekends.
Needs can look different. Examples of work tasks include providing care, accompanying people to doctor's appointments and activities.
Your Competence and Experience
The role requires:
Education and/or experience in care
Basic computer skills
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license
It is meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant or support assistant. It is also meritorious if you have both relevant education and experience within care and nursing through work in, for example, elderly care, LSS, or home care services.
To succeed in the role, you need to be committed, independent, and responsible, while also having good ability to cooperate with others. You need to be creative and pedagogical in your approach and be able to adapt support based on each individual's needs and circumstances.
You understand the importance of punctuality; our customers expect us to arrive on time and are often dependent on us.
