Personal Assistants for Estonian-Speaking Client

As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and contribute to a safe, meaningful, and independent daily life. We place great emphasis on personal chemistry, attentiveness, and respect for the client's autonomy. Work shifts vary: days, evenings, and weekends. Both on-call and active night shifts may occur. Your responsibilities: As a personal assistant, you will always be available near the client to provide support and motivational assistance with all of the client's daily activities. This may include support and assistance with hygiene, help during meals, shopping, exercise, and leisure activities. We are looking for someone who is responsible and reliable. You should appreciate taking initiative and have a motivating work approach. Scope: Part-time employment as needed. Conditions of employment: To sign your employment agreement and future time sheets, you must have a Bank-ID. Start date: By agreement, but preferably as soon as possible.
