Personal Assistant Needed – Would You Like to Make a Difference Every Day? Our client is a cheerful and positive woman who loves being active and doing various things together with her assistants. As a personal assistant, you'll become an important part of her everyday life – both at home and during leisure time. Your support contributes to her sense of security, inclusion, and the opportunity to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. About the Role We're looking for someone who can provide individualized support based on the client's needs, preferences, and implementation plan. The work involves being a reliable presence in various daily situations and accompanying her on activities and outings. You should therefore enjoy being active and appreciate variety in your work. This might include accompanying her to swimming pools, bowling, walks, FUB, or other public environments and activities. We'd Like You to Be: - Attentive and empathetic - Responsible and reliable - Stress-resistant and solution-oriented - Independent and proactive - Positive and engaged - Good at creating structure and continuity We'd Like You to Have Experience With: - LSS and NPF - Pictures and signs as support - LAB and CBT - Timbal Kost - Documentation and planning based on implementation plans Requirements for the Position: - B-class driver's license - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing - You must feel comfortable being in public places and participating in various activities, such as swimming pools, FUB, etc. The Position: This is a permanent position at approximately 70–80% and can easily be combined with other work or studies. Working hours are scheduled and include, for example, night shifts from 21:00–09:00, with on-call duty and certain active support during the night.
