Personal Assistants for a 16-Year-Old Girl Living in Bromma.
We are now seeking a personal assistant for an active 16-year-old girl who lives with her wonderful family in Bromma. As an assistant, you'll help create a safe and comfortable everyday life based on the conditions at hand. You'll provide active support in activities, play, and communication. You'll help her with all personal care, mobility, and meals. For our client to feel comfortable with you, you need to be a positive, warm, calm, reliable, and attentive person with plenty of patience. You are proactive, good at reading situations, and able to work independently. We'd also like you to be creative and enjoy coming up with new activities. Since our client is very active, it's essential that you have no physical limitations or restrictions.
We're looking for someone who wants to do meaningful work long-term, is responsible, and attentive to another person's needs. To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, able to provide a criminal record extract, and provide two relevant references. At the client's request, we're only seeking female employees. Since the family has a dog, you must not have allergies.
Scope of Position:
The position begins in early August with approximately 80% full-time hours. Working hours vary: you'll work 2-4 mornings per week (07:00-09:00), evenings (16:00-21:00), and weekends at varying times, daytime (09:00-14:30), and evening (14:30-21:00). The position expands during school breaks. We'd appreciate if you could be flexible, as substitute coverage may be needed.
