Personal Assistants Wanted for Enthusiastic Young Man in Linköping

We are looking for you who want meaningful work and want to make a difference in a young man's everyday life. Our client is a 26-year-old guy who loves life and is now seeking new positive people for his assistance team. He is a cheerful, curious person who enjoys being active and experiencing things. He can walk short distances but his energy levels vary, and he needs to sit down and rest in his wheelchair or be driven in it when you're out on adventures. During weekdays he attends a day activity program, but in his free time he enjoys doing fun things. He loves going to concerts, movies, swimming/bathing and more, but also likes to take it easy at home as he is very homebody. Because he has significant medical needs and other functional disabilities, he needs your help to live his life exactly as he wants to. He hears everything you say but cannot speak, which means you need to speak very clear Swedish. You will also communicate using sign language and picture support. You are good at reading body language and are curious about learning his way of communicating back. We are looking for someone who is respectful, attentive, flexible, and able to adapt your work to the client's needs.
