We are looking for someone who wants meaningful work and wants to make a difference in a young man's daily life. Our client is a 26-year-old guy who loves life and is now seeking new positive people to join his assistance team. He is a cheerful, curious person who enjoys being active and experiencing new things. He can walk short distances, but his energy varies, so he needs to sit and rest in his wheelchair or be driven in it when you go out on adventures. On weekdays he attends a day activity center, but in his free time he enjoys doing fun things. He loves going to concerts, movies, swimming/bathing and more, but also enjoys relaxing at home as he really loves being at home. Because he has significant medical needs and other functional limitations, he needs your help to live his life exactly as he wants. He hears everything you say but lacks speech, which means you speak very clear Swedish. You will also communicate using sign language and picture supports. You are good at reading body language and curious about learning his way of communicating back.
