Personal Assistants for Woman with Autism
We are now seeking engaged and thoughtful personal assistants to support a woman with autism in her daily life.
The positions consist of a scheduled position at 78% and a substitute position at 78%. The work involves full-day shifts with overnight on-call duty.
As a personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating structured and meaningful days for our client. You will be a central part of her daily life, where your support and presence make a real difference.
Your responsibilities include everything from supporting our client in her home with personal care, household tasks, and participating in various activities both indoors and outdoors. Your work will vary and be adapted to her needs and wishes. You will work closely with our client and her existing network of support staff, giving you a unique opportunity to contribute to her quality of life. We are looking for someone who is attentive and observant, and who understands the importance of building a safe and stable relationship.
We would appreciate it if you have experience working with people with autism, but we also value personal qualities and a genuine desire to make a difference. Being calm, stable, flexible, and reliable are qualities we highly value. You should also be a non-smoker.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience working with people with autism is a merit
