As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. About the Role Working as a personal assistant requires a strong ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We would prefer someone who enjoys when things happen and who is willing to take initiative and suggest activities you can do together. We are now looking for you if you meet the following criteria: wish to work for a 26-year-old man living in Mjölby have good knowledge of Swedish can work in a household with pets – the client has a dog at home have previous experience working as a personal assistant or in an equivalent care profession have good physical health and can perform transfers It is also a merit if you: have previous experience using transfer equipment Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours, Position Level, and Salary: Employment as "for the duration of the assistance assignment" with a position level of approximately 72%, 29 h/week. Work hours are Tuesdays 15:00-22:00, Wednesdays 07:00-15:00, and Fridays 07:00-15:00, plus every other weekend during even weeks. Weekend shifts include both Saturday and Sunday. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date immediately or by agreement.
