Are you our new colleague?
We are now looking for substitute personal assistants for our small team in Åstorp.
We work with a 37-year-old woman who receives around-the-clock assistance. She needs help with everything in her daily life. Everything from helping her at work, going on various activities, personal hygiene, and of course everything related to the home such as cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, etc.
Our client tells us what she wants help with and plans her own day. Your task is to support and remind her. The client has unclear speech, but you will learn to understand what she says over time. Sometimes she gets upset, and then you need to stay calm and talk her through it.
We would prefer that you are a woman and have previous experience working as a personal assistant. You are confident in your role, get along well with both the client and your colleagues. You value stability and have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A driver's license is a plus.
Work hours: Day, evening, weekend, night (on-call)
Employment terms: Hourly as needed
Start date: By agreement
Great weight is placed on personal suitability and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and we look forward to your application!
We have chosen to conduct the recruitment process ourselves and decline all forms of offers from advertising and staffing/recruitment companies. We apply individual salary settings, vacation, and overtime compensation according to the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna.
