Female assistants only for this assignment. We are looking for you who want to make a difference – every day. The client is a cheerful, active, and social young man who is now seeking a reliable and committed personal assistant. About the assignment: As a personal assistant you will: • Support the assistance user in daily life, both at home and at day activities • Accompany them on walks, coffee visits, and other everyday activities • Help create structure and security in their life • Work according to clear job descriptions and implementation plans We are looking for you who: • Are independent, confident, and have good judgment • Have initiative and can take responsibility in different situations • Enjoy working closely with another person in their home • Have a genuine interest in people • Are not allergic – the client loves animals • Have a B driver's license for manual transmission (a requirement, as driving is part of the work) • Can work 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty • Believe that fast and direct communication and feedback are important Meritorious (but not required): • Experience working with autism • Knowledge of AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication) Working hours: • 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty 3.5 hours according to schedule We are also looking for substitutes as needed who can step in during the regular assistant's illness or leave.
