You are confident, positive, have a good sense of humor and energy, are organized, and can help with household chores, practical and personal tasks. Are attentive and able to take instructions easily. Enjoy working independently. Are flexible and can easily step in and work when unforeseen needs arise. You live in Västerås or nearby. Personal chemistry is very important in this work. We value it more than previous experience in the profession. About the Job: As a personal assistant, you help with personal care, daily chores, and practical tasks in the home. You also accompany her as an assistant outside the home, such as outings, shopping, hair salon visits, restaurant visits, hospital visits, short trips, etc. The Position: Substitute/Hourly employment approximately 37 hours/week with overnight on-call shifts, 2 shifts/week for the period September-December 2026 Hourly Substitute: Employment for individual days by agreement/on-demand employment. Overnight shifts with sleeping on-call. Salary: Hourly wage according to the current Collective Agreement Fremia. We welcome your application.
