Personal Assistant - Awake Night Shift Full-time

We are now looking for personal assistants for our client in Tomelilla. We are seeking someone who wants to work awake night shifts full-time. Work hours are 22:30 - 09:00 on weekdays and 23:00 - 08:00 on weekends. You will conclude your work shift by accompanying the client to his daily activities, therefore a driver's license and access to your own car are required. Our client is a young man who is about to step into adulthood. He lives together with his parents in Tomelilla. Our client has a diagnosis within the autism spectrum and an intellectual disability. He has a significant need for supervision and requires support and assistance with most aspects of his daily life. He is an active guy who enjoys going on walks and other activities outside the home. During the summer season, he spends his free time at a campsite outside Ystad. You will work where the client is located during this time. Therefore, it is important that you have a driver's license and access to your own car to be able to transport yourself to work. Our client has a dog, so you cannot be allergic to or afraid of dogs. The client can have epileptic seizures. If you have experience with this, it is a plus. We want you to be adaptable. Sometimes you need to take a step back and wait. You need to keep your childlike spirit and be able to be positive and cheerful. Being able to offer yourself can be the key to resolving difficult situations that arise in the work.
