Personal Assistant Trosa Day Shift One of my assistants has decided to move on to something else and has therefore resigned, which is unfortunate for us. Now we are looking for a full-time replacement as a personal assistant. I have 5 assistants during the day and always have double staffing. Several of my assistants have worked with me for many years and have high levels of expertise. So there are many opportunities to receive good training and support. There is a very good atmosphere in the group, so it would be good if you can easily adapt to new coworkers and work tasks. I live in a villa in Trosa and the assistants have their own living room/common area/kitchen etc. There are all the assistive devices available. Since communication to Trosa on weekends can be poor, we require that you have access to your own car and a valid driver's license. It is an advantage if you live in the local area. I also have my own car that we often go out and drive in. Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement for the position. It is a great advantage if you have worked with similar tasks previously. Work hours: Work shifts are distributed on a rolling 6-week schedule with times 08-20, 08-22 every day, including weekends. This gives you long breaks between shifts. The scope is 30-38 h/week, you work approximately 13 days per month.
