We are looking for someone who wants to work as an hourly substitute. We have personal assistance assignments in Skövde, Falköping, and Hjo. As an hourly substitute, you will receive comprehensive onboarding with the individual you will be supporting, so you can provide reliable assistance. As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive, curious, calm, and patient. It is an advantage if you have experience in care and support, autism, and cognitive disabilities. We particularly appreciate experience with low-affect approaches and clear educational methods. What matters most is your commitment and genuine interest in contributing to improved quality of life for the individual in their daily life. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
