A support to maintain and develop independence and abilities for users with disabilities. As a personal assistant, you are a support and help the user create security in everyday life. We appreciate if you are attentive and curious; you need to be calm and patient. It is an advantage if you have experience in care and support, autism and cognitive disabilities. We appreciate if you have experience in low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy.
