Due to increased assistance needs, there is now an opportunity to become an important part of his daily life. The position involves work during the day, evening, and possibly overnight shifts, and we particularly welcome female applicants based on the client's preferences. You will work in a dedicated team of eight assistants total, where together you create safety, structure, and quality of life for our client. The work is done with two staff members on duty around the clock, which provides excellent conditions for collaboration and support in your work. We consider it an asset if you have experience with medication management, tube feeding, and lifting aids – but it is not a requirement. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. We therefore offer individually tailored introduction and training based on the client's needs.
