Personal Assistant to Värmdö/Hemmesta

We at Assistanskraft AB are currently seeking personal assistants for our client in Värmdö. The client in question is an elderly man with care needs. The man needs help with some ADL activities and other tasks that arise in a home. We are looking for someone who is calm and attentive with a heart in the right place. We would particularly like to see applicants who have experience cooking Swedish home cooking. It is a merit if you have a driver's license and access to a car since the client lives somewhat remotely. Work shifts are distributed into 2 shifts of 12 hours (08-20, 20-08) with 3 and 5 hours on-call. We are seeking assistants for a rotating schedule, which includes day shifts, night shifts, and weekends. Regarding the position: We apply individual salary setting, other compensation in accordance with collective agreement. Start immediately. Upon employment, an extract from the police's criminal record register may be requested. The employment will be preceded by interviews and interviews are held on an ongoing basis.
