We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 14-year-old girl in Sävar. This is an assignment for someone who appreciates building relationships, creating a sense of security, and having the opportunity to contribute to another person's development over time. The work involves no heavy lifting or physically demanding tasks. Instead, the focus is on presence, communication, safety, and creating conditions for a good daily life. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in communication, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affect interaction – experiences that are useful both in the workplace and in meeting people throughout life. You will work closely with a warm and engaged family who sees the assistance as an important part of their daughter's quality of life. Together you will create a secure everyday life where development can take place at its own pace. This is an assignment where you often get a lot back. The more you engage in the relationship, communication, and daily life, the more you will have the opportunity to see progress, build trust, and experience the joy in the small and large steps that happen along the way. The workplace is located in a calm and nature-rich environment near the sea, which contributes to a harmonious work environment in Sävar with good conditions for focus and presence. About the Position We are looking for both those who want to work on a fixed schedule and those who want to work extra as needed. Since the assignment is new, there is an opportunity to start from the beginning, grow into the role, and develop your position over time.
