About the Position We are now seeking several personal assistants for permanent employment with a young man living on Älgö in Saltsjöbaden. The positions are 50% or more with immediate start; there is good opportunity to work additional hours as needed. Working hours are scheduled as follows: Weekdays 10:00–16:00 or 16:00–22:00 Weekends 10:00–22:00 As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in your client's daily life—both at home and during leisure activities. The role involves being a reliable companion, creating structure, and contributing to a stable and positive everyday routine. You will need to support both practical tasks and provide security, motivation, and joy in daily life. The client leads an active life and enjoys basketball, tennis, exercise, and walks with his dog. Therefore, we are looking for someone who also enjoys physical activity and is willing to participate in various activities with him. The client has cerebral palsy and a moderate intellectual disability. You will receive individualized introduction and support in all aspects of the work and the client's routines. We are Looking for You If You: Have very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Have good physical capacity Are at least 18 years old Have experience with low-affect behavior management and have handled challenging behaviors It is Advantageous If You Have: Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support services Knowledge of and experience with the target group within LSS Education in care and support services or similar Good computer skills Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident, calm, and patient even in stressful or unpredictable situations.
