We are a cheerful team with a strong work ethic looking for a new colleague. The recruitment is initially for hourly temporary work but with the possibility of working on a fixed schedule. Training will begin with sufficient notice.
With us, you will work at home with an autistic young man. Work shifts vary between day/evening/night wakefulness and weekends. On all days and evenings, we have two staff members, which means you have strong support from experienced colleagues during your shifts. In addition, you will receive follow-up conversations and supervision from a supervisor.
What matters most is not what you've done before, but that you are a person with the right personal qualities. Preferably you are male, stable, empathetic, calm, and pedagogical.
It is important that the chemistry works with both the client and family members, and that you dare and want to take responsibility in your work.
Good train and bus connections to the workplace from Malmö, Lund, Landskrona, and Helsingborg.
