Description We are seeking a personal assistant for a time-limited temporary position during parental leave. The employment rate is 70%. Start date by agreement. Work Duties We are seeking a personal assistant for a young man. He is 24 years old and lives in his own apartment with personal assistants. The young man has severe autism and moderate to severe intellectual disability. He also has epilepsy and is extremely sound-sensitive. As staff, you will need to assist him with support in all daily activities. The young man communicates with single words and two-word sentences; he can write single words. He is in his daily activities during daytime; the rest of the time at home with you. You work evenings, nights, and weekends. When he is off during closures of his daily activity facility and during holidays, you work with him at home. Qualifications We would appreciate it if you have education as a personal assistant, nursing assistant, childcare worker, or have other relevant education. A driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you have experience with disabilities and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Great weight is placed on your personal qualities.
