Personal Assistant to a Young Woman in a Safe and Comfortable Environment

We're looking for you, a woman/girl, who wants to make a difference in the daily life of a young, cheerful 24-year-old woman with various disabilities. She has extensive support needs. She loves music, singing and dancing, and enjoys going on outings and shopping trips. As an assistant, you'll be the one who makes all of that possible – both the small daily routines at home and the bigger events that add sparkle to life. She doesn't speak but communicates through looks, sounds and movements – and as you get to know her, you'll quickly notice how much she expresses through smiles, laughter and small gestures. You'll become part of a small, stable team working closely with her and her family in an adapted home. The atmosphere here is calm, safe and warm. We who work here enjoy being together and value care, respect and humor in our daily lives. Work shifts are day (7–16), evening (16–22) and night (22–07). This work is suitable for you if perhaps you want to leave a stressful care position, are looking for a rewarding job or maybe extra work alongside your studies, or want to do something meaningful while you think about your future. We only hire women. A B driving license is required. We follow Fremias collective agreement for personal assistance and we'd like to see you include references in your application.
