She has NPF, including autism, PDA, ADHD, and Tourette's syndrome, as well as IF, a gastrostomy tube, and type 1 diabetes. For everyday life to function well, she needs clarity, predictability, and trustworthy people around her. And when all of that is in place? Then you'll get to know a truly wonderful girl! Horses are one of her greatest interests, so if you have horse experience, stable experience, or simply enjoy that environment, that's a big plus. Who are we looking for? She is looking for a female assistant between 20–40 years old. You are a calm and patient person with a great sense of humor and quick to laugh. You enjoy structure and clarity, but can also be flexible when the day doesn't go quite as planned. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, as are a valid driver's license and access to a car. About the work As a personal assistant, you are present where life happens – at home, at school, at the stable, and at various activities. You help create the structure, security, and predictability she needs for everyday life to function. The work includes personal care, tube feeding, medication management and diabetes care, as well as support with communication, activities, and everyday situations. About the position We are seeking a personal assistant for a position of approximately 80%. It may also be possible to fill an additional position at a lower employment level, approximately 50%. The work is scheduled during daytime, evening, night, and weekends according to a rotating schedule. The main working hours are 09.00–19.15 and 19.00–07.15. Evening shifts may also occur. What we offer We offer a collective agreement through Fremia, wellness benefits, and opportunities for training. We offer individual salary setting, typically 155–185 kr/hour in base salary depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime and vacation pay are included according to the collective agreement.
