We at Poolarna Assistans are looking for a compassionate and reliable assistant for a teenage girl. Our client has autism and needs help with personal care, medication management, exercise, activities, communication, and daily routines. As an assistant, you will be there to support, inspire, interpret, and motivate the client in everyday life. The assistant works at school, at home, and wherever the client wants or needs to be. We are looking for someone who is engaged, playful, and able to work in a calm, emotionally regulated manner. We need an assistant who speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Experience with EP (disabled person) and autism, as well as experience as a personal assistant, is an advantage, but the most important priority is personal chemistry. It is important that you enjoy working with both the client and the family. Working hours are currently mostly day shifts, but evening shifts, weekends, and overnight shifts also occur. Before employment, references must be provided and a police clearance certificate must be presented.
