WORK TASKS As a personal assistant, you provide support and help in daily life to people with disabilities. The work involves creating conditions for the user to live their life according to their own wishes, needs and goals. An important part of the role is to promote the user's independence and facilitate so that the person can manage daily activities and live as independently as possible. This can include food, hygiene and housekeeping, but it often also involves helping the user to be a parent and manage their work. You help the user engage in leisure interests, participate in various association activities or study. The work involves working with several different users. The operation works based on the fundamental principles of the LSS Act. The work includes meeting the individual's need for guidance and care with respect for self-determination, independence and integrity. The work tasks include being attentive to the users' individual needs, wishes and resources. You will help with all tasks that occur around the user. The work includes documentation of the users' condition and the measures you perform. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys and has the ability to work with people with physical, mental and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. You should have upper secondary education in care or child and leisure with a focus on developmental disabilities, social work or other education/experience that the employer considers appropriate. It is a merit if you have experience with this target group. As a person, we see that you are attentive, driven and flexible.
