Personal Assistant to Man with ALS

We are now seeking personal assistants for a man in his 50s who lives in a villa in Svalöv with his family. He has a great sense of humor and appreciates people who bring positive energy and good cheer. The client lives with ALS, a disease that progressively affects bodily functions and means his needs and circumstances change over time. To thrive in this role, you need to be confident in yourself, maintain a positive attitude, and be able to adapt when situations change. Focus on Possibilities Despite the limitations of the disease, the goal is to make everyday life as rich and meaningful as possible. You will play an important part in creating opportunities and doing things that bring joy and quality of life. The client particularly enjoys outings, walks, and spending time in nature—for example, in the forest and by the sea. For this reason, we would appreciate someone who takes initiative, comes up with ideas, and enjoys planning activities. Who Are You? Work takes place partly with two staff members during daytime and evening hours. You work alone during nighttime, and currently these are awake nights.
