A wonderful man in his 40s living in Nässjö is now seeking engaged and reliable personal assistants for his team. About the Position Our client requires 24-hour personal assistance. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his everyday life, where safety, respect, and collaboration are central. Duties include: • Personal care • Household tasks • Participating in and enabling activities such as sports Who We're Looking For For you to thrive together, we're seeking someone who is: • Empathetic, calm, and stable • Attentive and responsible • Positive and cooperative • Self-confident with life experience You have a genuine interest in working with people and understand the value of going the extra mile in everyday situations. You take initiative when needed and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the work team. It is advantageous, but not required, if you have: • Education in pedagogy or care-related fields • Experience with personal assistance or similar work Most importantly, your personal suitability and ability to build a safe and respectful relationship with both the client and colleagues is what matters.
