Personal Assistant to Man in Lund, Day and Evening Shifts

On behalf of our client in Lund Municipality, we are now seeking an experienced personal assistant who is dedicated to meeting the client's needs and wishes. We are looking for you to work as a casual/hourly employee. The possibility of 1-2 fixed shifts per week is available for the right person if desired, but we also have a need for casual workers who can work during the regular staff's absence. As a personal assistant, it is important that you can establish a good relationship with the client and be responsive to their individual needs and wishes. You are expected to be empathetic, respectful, and above all maintain the client's integrity in all situations. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to make independent decisions and show responsibility in your work. Good physical fitness is desirable as the work may include manual lifting. The tasks as a personal assistant include a variety of duties, from personalized care to household chores. Assistance is provided both in the client's home and during outings and activities outside the home. You are expected to be supportive and motivating in your role and contribute to the client's well-being. You can work day, evening, and weekends as personal assistance is provided around the clock. Experience in personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement to apply for the position. We request that you be able to provide a certificate from the criminal record register. Training and introduction will be provided both on-site and through Monument Assistans.
