Personal Assistant for Man in Hudiksvall

Seeking a personal assistant for a man in his 50s. The work takes place in the client's home located in Hudiksvall. Work shifts are currently scheduled during day, evening, and night across all weekdays. You will be part of a team of 5 people. The positions are 100%, with some time that can be coordinated with other workplaces. Recruiting is ongoing. Work Tasks Days are structured based on the client's needs and preferences. Support includes assistance with mobility, communication, support to promote an active social life, support/assistance with personal care, meals/cooking, and other household tasks. Your Profile We are looking for someone who enjoys fast-paced and dynamic social environments. To thrive in this role, you also need to be confident and good at collaborating with others. You are also: * Responsible * Organized * Able to adapt work based on the situation * Highly attentive, patient, and empathetic in your approach You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you are a nursing assistant and/or have experience with similar work tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. About the Department We are here for people.
