I am looking for someone interested in working as an hourly substitute and stepping in when my regular assistants are absent, for example due to illness, vacation, or other time off. Workplace: Primarily in my home in Hässleholm and wherever I am. Work Hours: Shifts are mainly arranged as 24-hour shifts with on-call time (standby) during the night. As an hourly substitute, shifts can also be divided into shorter periods as needed. Duties: I can explain what help I need. Since I use a wheelchair, as my personal assistant you will need to be my extended arms and legs and help me with what is needed in daily life. Scope: Hourly employment as needed. Other: To thrive working with me, you should have a sense of humor, be loyal, and appreciate a calm work environment. I live in a ground-floor apartment in Hässleholm. It is important that you are attentive, can take a step back when needed, but also have the ability to take your own initiative. You must be a non-smoker and not be allergic to fur-bearing animals since I have a dog and also come into contact with other animals. A driver's license for a manual car is an advantage, but not a requirement. Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are the right person for the task and that we have good personal chemistry.
