Your Role As a Personal Assistant with us, you have the important role of facilitating and providing support to people in their daily lives. You will, among other things: Provide support to care recipients according to our clear work procedures. Document your work to ensure quality in our operations. To give you a good start and help you feel secure in your tasks, you will receive an introduction and delegation training to administer and manage medications. We adapt the introduction based on your knowledge and experience level. You will be employed by our central staffing unit. Since our operations run 24/7 throughout the week, there is an opportunity to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. On-call shifts are part of this assignment. Who Are You? We place great emphasis on personal suitability, as qualities such as good collaboration skills, attentive treatment, and the ability to create security in interactions with others are central to the role of personal assistant. We are Looking for You If You: Can speak, write, and understand Swedish at least at a basic level. Are at least 18 years old, as the position involves work at inconvenient times and tasks that, according to current workplace regulations, cannot be performed by minors. Are secure, calm, and responsible. Are flexible and can adapt to the client's daily condition and needs. Have good communication and relationship-building skills. Are positive about working in a home where there is a dog. Have a driver's license (Category B), as driving is part of the job. It is Advantageous If You: Are trained, or are training, in a healthcare profession such as doctor, nurse, or nursing assistant. Have work experience in care and support, preferably as a personal assistant.
