Right now we're looking for someone interested in a nice assignment with a pleasant man in his 60s living in Lit, 2 miles north of Ăstersund. Beautiful Lit is easy to reach by public transport and the schedule can also be adjusted to fit any bus times. đ
As a personal assistant you will help with things the man cannot do himself, including some help with transfers, dressing and undressing, and other tasks that are typically part of personal assistance. He speaks clearly so interpretation is not needed. The man lives alone in a spacious, adapted apartment. He enjoys sports in all forms, harness racing, fishing, playing bowling, restaurant visits, spending time with family and friends, and much more besides. With your help, life is full of possibilities!
Working hours đ°ïž đ are 6-7 shifts/month (3:00 PM to 12:30 PM the next day with sleeping on-call).

Please note that you MUST have full command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing!
Experience with disabilities, care, stroke, and assistive devices is a merit but absolutely not a requirement, since you learn such things quite quickly! Personal chemistry is most important đ

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE PLACEMENT has existed since 1996 and is therefore JĂ€mtland's oldest assistance company! We have our office at Folkets Hus/OSD, KrondikesvĂ€gen 93 D (back side towards the track) in Ăstersund.
