On behalf of our client in Malmö Municipality, we are now seeking an experienced personal assistant who is responsive to our client's needs and wishes. We are looking for you to work as a temporary hourly employee with varying work hours. For us, it is important that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are attentive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy. You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible and have an easy time collaborating. You have the ability to take a step back when needed. You are good at motivating and enjoy challenges in your work. You can work day, evening, night, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided around the clock. If you have experience with personal assistance, that is good but not necessary to be considered for the position. You will become part of a team that works together with and for the client. The position requires a valid driver's license for a private vehicle. There is a dog and cat in the client's home; experience with animals is a requirement. Your duties: Tasks typical of the profession. It can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also includes accompanying the client on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans. Position: 75% Work hours 8 AM–6 PM, 6 PM–8 AM, 24-hour shifts on weekends. We request that applicants provide a criminal background check report.
