A-Assistans is looking for you to work as a personal assistant to a woman living in Lidköping. This is a permanent position at 69%. Work is performed around the clock on all weekdays as well as weekends. Work tasks include standard duties such as: assistance with meals, dressing and undressing, mobility, daily exercise, and personal hygiene. Grocery shopping, cleaning, and cooking are also part of the daily work. You work wherever the customer chooses to be; which means in the customer's home and in activities outside the home. Experience and education are advantageous but not required. We provide all necessary introduction for all new employees so you feel secure in your role. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation, overtime compensation, and other wage supplements are included according to the agreement.
