We are currently seeking a new team member to support our female client in Jönköping. About the Position Our client is a woman in her 30s who lives in her own apartment in Jönköping. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, horseback riding, going on outings, watching films, and using her iPad. Due to her functional limitations, she requires assistance around the clock. The work tasks vary and may include personal care, mealtime assistance, shopping, household chores, and support with daily activities and other tasks. Your workplace is where the client is located, and you will be her support in all everyday situations. What We Require of You To work as a personal assistant for our client, you need to be responsive, stable, and calm, as well as have great patience. You have the ability to take initiative and can read and understand the client's needs. Flexibility and the ability to adjust today's schedule as needed are also important qualities. Experience working as a personal assistant or similar role is a merit but not a requirement. We place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities and your ability to build a good relationship with the client. It is an advantage if you have experience with: Low-Arousal Approach Clarifying pedagogy Sign language To be eligible for the position, you must: Have fluent Swedish, spoken and written Be a non-smoker Not have allergies to fur-bearing animals or chlorine Have a driver's license (automatic transmission license is sufficient), as driving the client's car is part of the job What We Offer We offer meaningful and varied work with favorable employment terms where you get the opportunity to make a difference every day.
