Her functional variations require her to have personal assistance around the clock. She enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, getting massages, or taking walks. As her personal assistant, you will be with her in all aspects of her daily life, and your tasks include personal care, stretching programs, medication administration, tube feeding, and accompanying her to activities at day programs and various healthcare appointments. The role also includes some physical tasks, though heavier lifting is done using a ceiling lift. However, it's good if you're in good physical condition. What We RequireWe're looking for someone who is stable and confident in yourself. You have personal maturity, work well in collaboration, and enjoy going the extra mile for others. You're thorough in your work, have the ability to be flexible, and are committed to building a long-term relationship to get to know our client. It's a plus if you're a trained nursing assistant and/or have experience in personal assistance, medical care, or other care work, as this is a medically comprehensive assignment. Experience with tube feeding, epilepsy, and working with lifts is also beneficial. To be considered for the position, you must be fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, and you must be a non-smoker.
