The work includes personal care as well as household tasks such as cleaning and cooking. The position may also involve accompanying the client in various settings outside the home, and in the future there may be travel related to this. The client has 24-hour assistance, and working hours include days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is warm, responsive, and confident in yourself. You have a natural way of creating calm around you and enjoy working closely with another person. It is important that you have good collaboration skills and a respectful demeanor, and that you are responsible and reliable. Since the client's needs and daily activities can vary, it is important that you are flexible, adaptable, and can adjust quickly when the situation requires it. Experience in care and health services is a merit, but the most important thing is personal chemistry and your attitude.
