Your duties include personal care, transfers using various assistive devices, tube feeding and tube management, and support with everyday activities. You are also responsible for being alert to changes in the user's health status, as the user has multiple medical conditions, and when needed to collaborate with family members and other healthcare contacts to ensure safe and secure care. We are Looking for You - Are calm, empathetic and responsible. - Have experience in personal assistance, nursing or similar work. - Have experience with tube feeding and medical technology aids, or are willing to learn. - Are confident working with personal care and transfers. Merits - Education in healthcare and social services. - Previous experience working as a personal assistant or nursing assistant. - Experience with tube feeding and working with people with extensive nursing needs. - Knowledge of Somali, as this facilitates communication with the user and their relatives.
