We are looking for an assistant who can work during the summer and ideally continue afterward. You can start your orientation as early as May. Work hours are daytime and weekends. You need to have great patience and be confident in yourself. You will be working with an elderly woman with brain injury and significant support needs. She is able to move around with assistance. Her husband lives in the same house. The client needs help with hygiene and meals. To stimulate her day as much as possible depending on how she's feeling that day. A lot of sitting time, but walks can also occur, and in those cases the client uses a wheelchair.
