We are looking for you to be a support in daily life for increased quality of life for an adult man. A support to maintain and develop independence and abilities in a user with disabilities. As a personal assistant, you are a support and help the user create security in everyday life. We see that you are attentive and curious. You should also be calm and stress-resilient in situations where challenging behavior may occur. It is an advantage if you have experience with autism and cognitive disabilities. We prefer that you have experience with low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy. However, what is decisive is your commitment and genuine interest in contributing to increased quality of life for the user in everyday life. The position is 75% The schedule consists of day, evening and 24-hour shifts as well as work every other weekend. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
