As a personal assistant, you are a support and help the user create security in their daily life. We see that you are attentive and curious. You should also be calm and stress-resilient in situations. Hygiene work is part of the job. It is an advantage if you have experience with autism and cognitive disabilities. We would like to see that you have experience with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy. But what matters most is your commitment and that you have a genuine interest in contributing to increased quality of life for the user in everyday life. The position is The schedule consists of 24-hour shifts and work every other weekend. Selection and interviews are ongoing. Start for introduction by agreement, preferably immediately.
