Are you attentive, flexible, and have experience working with young people? Then this might be the job for you! We are now seeking new staff members for our client who has started school in Gothenburg—a wonderful 16-year-old boy who enjoys various activities. What does the job involve? The boy lives with his family in another location but attends school in Angered, Gothenburg. He lives in an apartment near school, which will be your workplace. Your workplace can also be wherever he is, which may include other activities outside the home such as gym training or social activities. He enjoys gaming and gym training. The work involves participating in all aspects of daily life including personal care, meals, exercise, and leisure activities. The work involves lifting, and assistive equipment is available, but it's an advantage if you are in good physical condition. Your role will also be to stimulate and motivate development through humor and activities. What is required? You are a young woman or man (you must be at least 18 years old) who is secure and stable in yourself. To thrive in this position, we see that you are a positive and reliable team player who enjoys collaboration but can also take independent responsibility. It is important that you are flexible and understand that the work is based on the client's specific needs. You have experience working in personal assistance or similar care work. It is also an advantage if you have studied care and nursing or have previously worked with children or young people. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, both for communication with our client and for documentation of the services. What do we offer? We offer exciting and varied work with good employment conditions, where you will make a difference for someone else every day. Developing our staff's competence is part of ensuring the quality of personal assistance, so we offer several trainings each year to our employees. We want you to feel very good and hope for lasting cooperation with you. Hourly substitute work in evenings and nights. Hourly employment as needed. Opportunity to schedule work shifts a few weeks in advance. Work hours according to schedule include afternoons, evenings, and nights on weekdays. Work time approximately 14:00–22:00 or 14:00–08:00 with on-call sleeping duty. Start date is immediate or by arrangement.
