Your Tasks The user is a young girl living at Tomtebo who needs support with all daily activities, such as hygiene, feeding, movement exercises, inhalations, play, and tube feeding. About You As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive and empathetic, with the ability to focus on the user's needs. You are responsible, reliable, and enjoy creating security and structure in daily life. Flexibility and patience are important, as well as good collaboration skills and respectful conduct. The role often involves practical tasks, so thoroughness and a positive attitude toward helping where needed are valuable qualities. We place great importance on personal suitability. We would be pleased if you are a trained childcare worker or have other healthcare or educational training with experience in care work with small children. However, these are not requirements—your personal qualities are what matter most. To communicate with the user, family members, and colleagues, and to write and access care documentation, you need good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Working hours are daytime and weekends. Before an offer of employment is made, we ask that you provide an extract from the police register of sanctions.
