The user requires constant supervision and presence and cannot be left alone, which means the role places high demands on responsibility, attention to detail, and continuity. WORK TASKS The work is conducted with dual assistance around the clock, where night shifts are awake nights. You work together with another personal assistant to ensure the user's extensive supervision and care needs. As a personal assistant, you are responsible for implementing the approved LSS service by meeting her daily care and medical needs. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training adapted to the assignment. The training takes place in close collaboration with care at the hospital and includes, among other things, the user's medical needs, medical equipment, and applicable procedures, so that you feel confident in your role. Work tasks include: • Ensure continuous supervision and presence • Provide tube feeding according to prescription • Manage tracheostomy • Follow care plan, prescriptions, and established procedures • Document and report according to applicable guidelines • Contribute to a safe, calm, and secure everyday life for the user The work requires high concentration, responsibility, and the ability to act correctly even in stressful situations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Have the ability to work from a rehabilitative approach • Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a family's home • Are calm, responsible, and confident in your work • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Lacking experience in certain medical procedures but have the right personal qualities and relevant care background? We would like you to apply anyway, as great weight will be given to personal qualities. Meritorious qualifications: • Education in care and support or equivalent experience, such as nursing assistant, childcare worker, or personal assistant with medical experience • Experience working with children with extensive medical needs • Experience with medical equipment • Experience with tube feeding and tracheostomy • Driver's license category B Salary form: Monthly salary.
