Personal Assistant for a Young Woman in Vellinge

We are now seeking personal assistants for a client with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. The client prefers female applicants at this time. Introduction and work begins during the summer, with good opportunity for a permanent position starting in the fall. The work is primarily based during daytime hours. We are looking for someone who is calm, confident, and has great patience. You need to be able to handle situations with a low-affect approach and have the ability to redirect, motivate, and "coax" when the client becomes fixated or displays problematic behavior. It is important that you can create a sense of security and build a good relationship with the client. We would like to see that you: - Are responsible and attentive - Have a calm and stable demeanor - Are flexible and solution-oriented - Have experience with autism or similar work (desirable but not required) Driver's license and access to a car required! Experience in care and support work is desirable but not required – great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
