Personal Assistant to a Woman in Västerås

We are now seeking a female personal assistant for an elderly woman in Västerås. The client is wheelchair-bound and has extensive physical support needs. The work primarily involves practical assistance in daily life, with a strong focus on transfers. The work is physically demanding and includes daily transfers using equipment such as turners (mainly) and floor lifts. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has good physical fitness and strength and can handle work with high physical demands. The tasks vary and may include personal hygiene, practical household activities, and accompanying the client on trips and social activities. Working Hours and Employment Form This position is an on-call/as-needed employment with the possibility of fixed days. You will primarily work day and evening shifts. No night shifts. Work shifts are flexible and the schedule varies. The work involves covering for regular assistants during illness and vacation, with the possibility of more shifts and scheduled days over time, provided that the collaboration works well. We place great emphasis on personal chemistry and would like to see that you are interested in a long-term collaboration, even though the position is initially on an as-needed basis.
