We are now seeking four personal assistants for a wonderful young woman who will soon be moving to Helsingborg. This position is ideal for you if you thrive in a calm work environment, take responsibility, and have a genuine interest in working with people. As a personal assistant, you will provide support in the user's daily life. Your tasks will include personal care, management of assistive devices such as a respirator, meal preparation, cleaning, exercise, leisure activities, and other everyday household tasks.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with tracheostomy, respirator, oxygen, or other breathing support, but it is not required. The work is performed in the user's home, which means we place great emphasis on personal maturity, respect, attentiveness, and professional conduct. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and proactive, as well as someone who works well with others. Since personal chemistry is very important, considerable weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
Work hours are scheduled for day, night, and weekend shifts according to a schedule. The position is 75%, and there is often an opportunity to work extra shifts as vacant slots regularly arise within the work team.
Start date is September 1st. Introduction and on-the-job training will be conducted in Osby, where the user currently lives, before the move to Helsingborg.
