Personal Assistant Needed for 88-Year-Old Man in Karlstad
I am an 88-year-old man living in Karlstad and am looking for someone who wants to work as my personal assistant.
As a personal assistant, you will work closely with me, both in my home and when I participate in various activities. Your work is based on where I am and involves being a support in my daily life.
Before you start working independently, you will receive thorough training so that you feel confident in your role and get to know me and my routines.
Job Duties
Assistance includes everything involved in daily living, such as personal care, household support, and help with activities outside the home.
We are looking for you if you:
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Have good interpersonal skills and are attentive to others' needs.
• Are responsible, reliable, and flexible.
• Preferably have experience in care and support, but it is not a requirement.
I place great importance on personal qualities and that we get along well together, since we will be working closely with each other.
About the Position
• Working hours: 1-2 shifts per week.
• Work shifts: Weekdays 12:00-16:00.
• Opportunity to fill in for extra shifts if needed, so I appreciate your flexibility.
